Saturday August 15th was another great day around the Cannon County Courthouse Square for the Cannon County Farmers Market. Over 12 Farmers were set up with Locally Grown, Farm Fresh Produce.The Page Family of Bradyville purchased a 'hugh' watermelon to enjoy after the Lions game.
What's Pickin' at the Market; Cabbage, Eggplant, Okra, Green Beans, Field Peas, Corn, Watermelon, Cantaloupe, Pear-Apples, Apples, Peaches, Tomatoes, Sweet and Hot Peppers, Cucumbers, Summer and Winter Squash, Herbs, Baked Goods, Jams and Jellies and more.
Be sure to shop at the Cannon County Farmers Market every Saturday morning from 6 to 10am. This has been a great growing season and Farmers are arriving with an abundance of Locally Grown and Farm Fresh Produce each week. Tell your family and friends and look forward to seeing you at the next week.
